Setting the Notifications Flag for a Drug or Mixture

A Notifications flag in the Drug Folder and Mixture Folder determine if the drug or mixture is eligible for notifications (Pickup Reminders and Refill Reminders). If the Notifications flag is OFF, no Pickup Reminders or Refill Reminders will be sent for this drug or mixture even if the patient is enrolled in these notifications.

To set the Notifications flag for a drug or mixture:

1. Open the Drug Folder or Mixture Folder.

2. On the Main tab, do one of the following:

   • Select the Notifications checkbox (ON) if Pickup Reminders and Refill Reminders should be sent for this drug or mixture.

   • Deselect the Notifications checkbox (OFF) if Pickup Reminders and Refill Reminders should not be sent for this drug or mixture.

3. Select Save.
